Logging of Tempo period admin actions

But what is really needed in our JIRA Data Center instance to be able to see the log, who and when did the change of the period - e.g. who opened which period for which employees (Period set to "Open" for All users / Period set to open for Approvers only / Period set to "closed for all")

If log function cannot be created, then at least to create "tempo event" for which we can then use "Listener" in Scriptrunner, like e.g. existing "ApprovalEvent"
