Enable easier reporting on categories of 'work activities' / where people are logging their time. If multiple people have logged time against the incorrect work activity, it's nearly impossible to adjust this on a management level - you have to review each row, find each entry manually in Jira after scrolling through hundreds of possibilities, then edit.
