Integration with Microsoft Teams

Looking for some kind of integartion with Micriosoft Teams .
So if a employee is on leave and update/logs a leave in Tempo, a notification is sent to a Channel or group in Microsoft Teams.
this helps the resoucres that are shared within an Organization to plan well for the Sprints
