Able to delegate timesheet approval without adding another person with Approval permission

Being able to delegate timesheet approval without adding a second approver. When having more then one person with timesheet approval permission, the users need to choose wich approver they need and it gets confusing. With the delegation, the users submit their timesheet as usual even if the approver is a different person
