Easy way for bulk time logging

Currently, it is not possible to bulk log time for multiple issues at once. The current option can just bulk edit worklogs, but can't create new ones.

This feature will help users add and import values from a document (.csv, .txt, or any other supported format) in the specific fields currently available just for manual time logging in the "Log Time" pop-up (see attachment):

  • Issue key

  • Date

  • Duration

  • Description

  • Tip (optional)
