Move Issues Up/Down Per Resource - Planning View

Hi, we need the ability to be able to re-order jobs (move up/down) per resource so that they know which job to complete first on the Resource planning view. Currently you can only move issues between days/weeks and other staff members. I have recorded a video to demonstrate the issue:
