I wanted to use the Grace period for a submitted timesheet to get my team member to rebook something. But this did nothing other than sending an email and frustrating my team member and myself that the hours cannot be rebooked.
I had to contact support to learn that the grace period only works when the scheduler has closed the period and not when the period was submitted.
Can the grace period option be hidden if the period is not closed by the scheduler, and can the error message be improved (it now mentioned something for a closed period but the period was not closed, the time sheet was pending approval).
