Better visible tree structure in PDF exports of reports

If one exports times for issues to (monochrome) PDF and groups by Epic, Task and Sub-Task, the levels are indented to show the hierarchy, but much less so than in the colorful screen report (with issue type icons).

I wish the indentations would be increased or the hierarchy made more obvious by some other typographic means.
