Support slot bookings in the app

In relation to ideas https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas/T-I-404 and https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas/T-I-667, the mobile app should have a setting to only allow time bookings in multiples of 1, 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 minutes
