When we send out a proposal for a custom project, we want to account for that in our planning. Since not all proposals are approved it would be helpful to be able to indicate if planned work is likely, maybe, unlikely or some level of likelihood. Perhaps having the ability to use colors would allow for us to use green, yellow, red or something along those lines to more easily distinguish between work you really need to plan or work that is not likely.
