Tempo TimeSheets Tracker Widget API

We currently use an inhouse built piece of software for monitoring Jira Issues from multiple projects. An integral part of our Jira use is monitoring time spent triaging / working on any particular issue by using Tempo Timesheets. We log our time using the Tempo TimeSheets Tracker Widget.

I would like to see some way of accessing this Tempo TimeSheets Tracker data via an API to be able to see if any given user is actively logging time, and be able to add this to our in house software.
