We support external customers and it is critical to maintain the comments in the tickets for reporting and informing customers. Our resources complain because they put detailed comments in the description of their time entry and don't leave a comment so we have to track them down to get an update. It would be great when creating the time entry that you have a box for internal/external comment as well as change of status.
