When a role is updated for a user in the team overview, the change should show up in the folios, whether or not the resource was added by team or individually. It is too much administrative work for folio owners to keep up with the changes made within the teams by Team Leaders. We align our financial rate to the role and when the role rate changes in the team but does not change in the folios, it is often not recognized by the folio owner. Therefore, this is having a negative impact on the accuracy of our reports.
