I often see incorrect roles for users in tempo teams, this causes issues with our resource forecasting when looking at role based capacity as well as incorrect rates in cost tracker if the wrong role has been selected. I would like for a default role to be assigned to each tempo user to reduce this inconsistency. There would need to be flexibility in adjusting roles based on project needs, but by using a default we would experience a lot more accurate reporting and less manual clean up.
