We would like to change the default value or save the "Group by" filter in User timesheet

At the moment the "Group by" filter in a user's approval timesheet menu is default "Issue". After approvel a timesheet, the default in the "Group by" filter is reset to "Issue."

We would like to change the default value or save the "Group by" filter to (see attached screenshot):

Group by: Account –> Issue
