Like many other companies, auto user provisioning is incredibly important to reduce manual effort. Once a users leave date is set in the IDP, it deactivates their Atlassian account. However we are then still required to set the leave date in Tempo manually. This increases effort on our JML process and also keeps Tempo out of sync with who is actually in a team and the wider company.
