Include Generic Resource to ALL Planned Time related reports and extracts Merged

Hi,


We are heavily utilising Tempo Timesheets, Tempo Accounts and Tempo Planner for our operational resource management including capacity planning...


We use the Generic user to show key roles outstanding to be fulfilled with related tickets in relevant processing statuses but non of the Tempo Plan reports reflect these key Tempo resources.


The Generic resource functionality and inclusion in the cloud instance has had several improvements recently developed which is great but please do not forget your loyal customers still on-prem (both Server and DC).
