It's strange to schedule a plan (to and from) with the current minute as the starting point using a dropdown. I hope that you can look into grouping it into 30-min blocks.
Otherwise, the dropdown is practically useless (and I would argue it adds to confusion). The user ends up manually typing the time instead of using the dropdown.
I understand this has been implemented in cloud. I hope the team can bring this to on-premise soon.
