Show Tempo Time Tracking panel by default in new issue view in Jira cloud

In the new issue view, in Jira cloud, before you can see an issue’s time tracking the user first needs to click on the “Open Tempo” link.


And only then sees the Tempo Time tracking in the right pane of this view:

Is there a way to make this always show up in the right pane in the new issue view in Jira Cloud?
