Update saved reports dynamically

When a report is saved, the currently selected information is saved (a snapshot of the Report is saved).
When viewing this report at a later time, the same report is displayed even if issues have been moved to a different parent (in case of sub-tasks).
It would be useful that saved reports would show the updated information when issues are moved.
