Plan time should take the estimate of an issue into account

Currently, when you drag and drop issues on your planner timeline, it will plan the ticket for the maximum hours available of that resource.


The estimate of a ticket is not taken into account.


Example:

TICKET-1: Original Estimate 3h

drag & drop ticket -> it plans the ticket for 8 hours
