Improve loading time - Tempo planner resource planner + planned time report

To report Tempo teams with 10+ members and with the time period quarter and more (typically 1.1 - 31.12.), the loading time is to long and each refresh consume more and more local RAM. After several changes in filter criteria, the UI is frozen and to get the results, it tooks more than 1 minute... HAR attached..
