Hello,
since the last update it is not possible to enter the start or end time for a tracker. This was possible with the redirection to the "normal" work log after accepting a tracker. It was also possible to enter the billable time. We used this a lot. Actual it makes more work to enter this fields with the new Version. Maybe it is possible to reactivade this as a configuration option or implemt this both options into the tracker?

I think I have just come across a workaround, that I wasnt aware about, so in case you were not aware, I will let you know. I have found that if you click Log Time on the Chrome extension time tracker without having the Issue Key selected or a Description entered, that it will take you to the Log Time screen.
I too am asking for old functionality to come back too, not for the same exact reasons as you though, but the same idea of having the normal work log screens: https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas/T-I-2066
