Hi all.
We have been using TMetric for our timekeeping. Tempo planner is much better and we've now been successfully using it for two months, so we'll be canceling our TMetric plan next week.
We do have one usability issue that affects our incident response people, which is that the default daily interface is really cramped!
As you'll see from the attached screen shot, the people who work on may short-term support issues are buggered because issues overlap, get lost and are sometimes even not visible. Joshua (in the attached screen shot) has no idea what he was doing between 11am and 12:30pm! :-)
Can you help us make the interface less cramped by:
a) Allowing us to show just today, not the whole week, and,
b) Allowing us to zoom in on the day so that, for example, we see 5-minute intervals, rather than 15-minute intervals, and,
c) Can we make the default period time something else besides 15 minutes? For example, the interface could show show 5x10min intervals (or 10x6min intervals) between the main hourly dividers. This would make it a lot easier to manage short-duration tickets that don't fit into the multiples-of-15-mins box.
Cheers!
Tim.

OK, so here is some more info and further justification for my suggestion.
