Allow user to zoom in on the working day, to make it easier to select time intervals other than 15 minutes

Hi all.

I would like to be able to "zoom" in on the Calendar so, for example, it would show 5x10min intervals (or 10x6min intervals) between the main hourly dividers. This would make it a lot easier to manage short-duration tickets that don't fit into the multiples-of-15-mins box.
