Allow CAPEX in Staff members worked hours import

When importing salaries in a Folio, we follow this procedure :

However it does not allow to import OPEX or CAPEX worked hours. All worked hours added by import are automatically added under Salary (OPEX)


Currently to have Salary (CAPEX), we need to have worklogs tied to a Capitalized account in Tempo Accounts. It works fine, but we need to import data from an external system also, which is why we need the Staff Members import to allow 2 different categories.
