Pull full name from Jira instead of nickname

I have Jira users that have configured a nickname in Jira. So while the person's full name in Jira is Daniel Smith, their nickname is configured as "Daniel" and that's the name Tempo Timesheets uses. The people consuming Tempo reports have no idea who "Daniel" is.

Can Tempo Timesheets please be changed to pull a user's full name from Jira so they can be uniquely identified in reports?
