Add username to API call responses

We would like to request the addition of a user’s “Username” in the API response for all Tempo APIs, in particular their workload/holiday scheme.

When retrieving a user’s workload/holiday scheme, the current API only returns their JIRAUSERKEY and display name. JIRAUSERKEY is not interpretable to anything so we would require the user’s Username instead.
