Bring back function team()

On server we used Teams as also "groups of people" and then used various metrics by querying JQL with convenient function "Team()" as it worked similarly to "memberOf" .Lots of uses cases - to find all tickets where assignee - person from your Team and so on. This is a huge surprise it was not brought to Cloud!!
