Shared Importable Public Holiday Scheme

Using Tempo, we have to configure the holiday schemes each year for every region. We use 4 regions!

Ideally I would like to be able to import a shared scheme of the public holidays.

This would allow me to just say "UK Approved Public Holidays"

This would come from the UK Government website for example.

Then a similar for each of the other regions we work in: Madrid, US*, India,
