Public Holidays should carry to the next working day (where permitted)

Within the UK, Convention is for fixed public holidays to carry to the next working day. For example new years day, Sunday 1st January 2023 is effective 2nd January as 1st is considered a non working day.


When the 1st is set in Tempo as a "Fixed" holiday, it would carry to the next working day, e.g the 2nd
