Partial timesheet approvals by multiple reviewers

Offer the possibility to only approve specific hours of a timesheet period, combined with final approval.

Example:

Project Manager A approves all worklogs for project A
Project Manager B approves all worklogs for project B
Teamlead reviews & approves other worklogs and confirms final approval

I also think this feature would be helpful in many multi-project scenarios.
