Plan created from JIRA issue should respect start date and availability of the assignee

Hi,

What would be great is if planned time against a ticket could be made for a period - Start Date to Due Date (End) with a % utlisation/allocation of time for the period per day eg 50%, 100% and it also takes into consideration Holidays etc.

    Wholeheartedly agree, Jira Project Issues/Tasks that have a Start and End Date with Effort and an Assignee should be imported to Planner with the hours evenly distributed over the duration of the Issue (i.e. from Start to End Date). For example, a 10-hour task with a Start Date of Mon, Apr 01, 2024 and an end date of Fri, Apr 05, 2024 should have 2 hours allocated each day (NOT 8 hours on Fri, Apr 05 and 2 hours on Thu, Apr 04.
