Add separate permission for worklog panel display (ability show only logged time as one number)

I would like to be able to add a special right for the worklog panel and be able to display the time spent as a single number on right panel.

Now i can add permission where i can see spent time and worklog anonymized panel, but still i see individually anonymized worklogs.
