Add a Dark Theme Merged

Tempo needs a dark theme. I use tempo in my Jira which has a dark theme. This creates a huge contrast and is blinding.

    Hello all, Dark Mode is now available in Timesheets and Planner! Simply set your Jira theme to "dark" to see it in action.
