Allow to group worklogs by issue when bulk editing

Currently it is not convenient to bulk edit worklogs, because they are not grouped by issue, and it is not possible to display issue summary in Bulk edit menu. So manager has to manually check all boxes related to issue. It is not convenient when there are lot of worklogs, and it would be much better if you could be able to group worklogs by issue at least.
