Resource capacity is calculated using FTE units (full-time equivalents). They are based on the number of working hours/week as defined in your default workload scheme.
Especially, when grouping the data by users/individuals, inability to switch between FTEs and hours is restricting. Since the planning is already being conducted in 'hours' as a unit of measure, it makes sense to keep the unit of measure consistent in reporting as well.
Having the ability to switch between hours and FTEs would be great !

This would be great. We plan in FTE by month so e.g. a PM will say they need someone for 0.5 for a month. Being able to do this in Tempo would enable us to use the tool more easily without needing to mentally convert to hours. Given that schedules and public holidays are loaded into the system, all the data should be there for this calculation.
I can't speak for the OP, obviously, but for our purpose we're only interested in switching. For what it's worth, we find the FTE concept useless. We would only use hours.
We primarily sell time account denominated in hours to our customers. So I mostly need to be able to see when I have how many hours available on what users, teams, and roles.
Hi Nitin, to elaborate a little bit more, do you mean being able to switch between those or being able to add and compare those; hours and FTEs as well?
