Hi
Very often, the timesheet entries are the source to bill customers.
The invoicing is done outside of Tempo, and for instance with Clerks app in our case.
The problem is the time entries remain editable after the invoicing.
This shouldn't be possible.
Therefore, we need an attribute "Boolean" on the time entries to indicate that the time entries were invoiced and can't be updated anymore, a kind of lock doable only through API or by admin.
This is a classic scenario, I am astonished it's even not in place as per today.
Ideally, cost tracker could also show in reports the total amount invoiced to the customers based on this attribute.
If there is a workaround, please let us know ASAP, this is a big gap and lack of feature for our company.
Best regards,
