My problem is that if I have "View team worklogs" permission in my team, I can see their worklogs in Tempo Reports, even if they also work in other teams. This, in my opinion, violates a need-to-know / segregation of duty approach. I should only see what my team members are doing on a project I have permissions to view for my own team and not for the other teams. (users shared between different teams)

Hi Tempo,
We have multiple BU that use tempo to log hours. Each BU has their own Program in Tempo, Below each Program is a Team. Consultants in our company van be part of two diffrent teams, both belonging to diffrent Programs. (so the user is also part of two diffrent BU’s/Programs).
To each team diffrent Jira projects are associated. When hours are logged we would expect them to corrolate with the project in the team and the team in the program.
The result is, that we have to hardcode the change to get the data the way we want it. This is time consuming and prone to erros and needs constant monitoring in case of resource changes.
Hopefully the information below helps with understanding the problem.
BU1 (Program): Team Q
BU2 (Program): Team L

Project BB
Project D
Project D
Project C: Not assigned to a team
Current: (In red what I consider error’s) With row 3 and 4 being wrong. Row 5 and 6 could have different results based on your idea on how to fix it.

Because the use was first assigend to Team L and Program BU2 (with only 20%) and after that assigend to Team Q with Program BU1. All hours are assigend to BU1 and Team L, eventhough the main team, based on percentages is Team Q.
I hope the information above is clear enough, if not, please let me know and I will be happy to answer.
Greetings,

We too are facing this issue. When generating report for the time logged for Team members who are shared amongst different team , the worklog for a particular team is appearing as a duplicate on other team's report
