Option to hide work description from the log time dialog

We allow users to log on Internal Issue "Sick leave"). They have the option to enter a description and will sometimes use it. For GDPR policy it is not allowed to store reasons of employee illness in the system.

This can simply be resolved by removing the description field from the Log Time dialog.

There is an option, at least on cloud, to hide the description field, but we only want to hide it for this particular Internal Issue.
