Allow for custom dates where the fiscal year may start in July so that reports can be created for a fully fiscal year.

I need more flexibility in dates for the dashboard gadgets in general but if the year could be custom so that it could be different than a calendar year, at least one gadget would give me an entire year of time data. Our fiscal year is July to June so I'm looking to build time reports that show all of the months in that year in one gadget view.
