Cost tracker - Hiding scope items that do not have cost associated with them (0)

a way that issues that have no time logged against do not display or that can add a filter to the Cost or Time Spent column, to save scrolling down all issues that do not have time logged against under the scope view


Hiding the 0’s or even being able to sort the column to group the 0’s together
