Tempo Timelgging - ability to log time to another person when logging yours

it would be useful to have the ability to log time to another person when logging yours, for example I am in the same meeting with 3 team members, when I am logging my time to that call I can add their names so log for them also

THis ability restricted to tempo admins for example
