Multiple account leads for a specific account

Currently in an account only the leader (and administrators) sees the following tabs: Revenue, 'Time and Expenses' and 'Price Table'.

We need to have more than one leader on a specifict account or give full permissions to more than one person on specific accounts to improve management.
