After the deletion of a work attribute, all the worklogs lost their accounts, so it was needed to restore all the accounts via API, using the data from a backup. Most of the data was restored successfully, but there are worklogs that couldn't be updated due to validations as closed periods, closed issues without workload that could be reopened, working day hours, and other limitations that would also block a change if it was made via UI.
The customer request is the possibility to update any worklog without limitations.
