Tempo Ideas

The solution of this idea is more than welcome within onboarding / offboarding users.

For example, user and group management is based in Azure AD from Microsoft. As well as there is SAML procedure used for user and group provisioning to Atlassian cloud products, there should be same or similar to Tempo.

Currently you need to manually add a single user or even more users by using bulk adding, good beginning....but in case that user left you need to manually remove just single user but that is pointless and you must be on your guard not to forget it. It is possible to monitor this for individual cases, but it is very impractical in the case of a large number of users leaving.
My suggestion is to sync selected groups from Azure or at least from Atlassian user management.
