Show no-account as first level when Grouping By (Account > Project > Epic...)

Tempo will ignore the first level of the group by for worklogs added without accounts.


What could be something like:

> 'no-account'

>> Project1

>>>Task1

>>>Task2

-

> Account1

>> Project1

>>>Task1

>>>Task2



Is showing as:

> Project1

>>Task1

>>Task2

-

> Project2

>>Task3

-

> Account (when there is an account it will appear with one more level)

>> Project

>>>Task1

>>>Task2

>>>Task3


By not respecting a defined tree structure, the report will be confusing and hard to read.
