Change the data in the Time Tracking Report Excel exports from minutes to hours

When viewing the Time Tracking Report, time is viewed in hours but once that data is exported the time is converted to minutes. That creates an issue as now the project managers need to convert the time in the report back to hours once the data is exported. It would be more efficient for the exported data to be in hours as is displayed when viewing the report.
