Tempo Teams - the ability to add custom fields and be able to export from Teams

The only way I can get Team, User and Role for all teams YTD is to run a report though time tracker. This report now times out so I keep a spreadsheet to track all the data I need per user. I also would like to run a report of contractors, start date and term date.
