Add API function to give people a hint of worked time coming from external system

For companies where an external tool already logs the time worked, a TimeWorkedHint could be added as a API Function to get a mark in the calendar view.

The time as a number on the left is completely optional.

This would allow our people to align the "how much" with the "what".
