Sum of story planned time(planned in minutes) in epics is wrong

If we plan time in minutes for example 10 minutes they convert minutes to hours and round the number. Then when they sum planned time of stories they take the rounded planed time for the sum and the sum in the end is wrong. We observed that there can be more than 3 minutes difference between right and wrong sum of planned time in Epic.
